By accessing or using any service provided by CraftNodes ("the Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of our website and services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CraftNodes. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using any of our services.
CraftNodes provides game server hosting and Discord bot hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected customers.
Service specifications, pricing, and features are as described on our website at the time of purchase. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but specifications may change with prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with third parties. CraftNodes is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by any person you grant access to. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
All services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Invoices are generated automatically and payment is due on the billing date. Failure to pay within 3 days of the invoice due date may result in service suspension.
All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. CraftNodes reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the renewal date following the notice period.
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. By providing payment details, you authorize CraftNodes to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees.
CraftNodes offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all new orders for game server hosting. To request a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours of your initial order. Refunds will not be issued after this period, except in cases of confirmed service failure attributable to CraftNodes infrastructure.
The following are not eligible for refunds: renewals of existing services, add-ons and optional extras, services used in violation of these terms, and services where the account has been suspended for ToS violations.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
You agree to use CraftNodes services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your server and the activities conducted through it.
You must not use our services in any way that disrupts or impairs the quality of service for other customers, causes excessive load on shared infrastructure, or violates the rights of any third party.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on CraftNodes infrastructure. Violation of any of these policies may result in immediate account termination without refund:
CraftNodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or service that is found to be in violation of these terms. We will provide notice where possible, but reserve the right to act immediately where continued service poses a risk to our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 7 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your data. CraftNodes is not liable for any data loss following account termination.
You may cancel your service at any time from the client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.
CraftNodes provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CraftNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to CraftNodes in the 30 days preceding the claim.
CraftNodes commits to a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA for all game server hosting services. Uptime is calculated as the percentage of minutes in a calendar month that your service is available and reachable from the public internet.
Scheduled maintenance windows (announced at least 24 hours in advance), incidents caused by actions of the customer or third parties, or outages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) do not count toward downtime calculations.
In the event of an SLA breach, customers may request a service credit equal to 1 day of service for each hour of unplanned downtime beyond the SLA threshold, up to a maximum of 30 days of service credit per month. Credits must be requested within 14 days of the incident.
CraftNodes collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We use your data only to provide, maintain, and improve our services and to communicate with you about your account.
CraftNodes reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email and/or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently revised.
